Inspiring afternoon visiting Fortrose Friendship Club

It was great to share the vision and updates on the Dementia project in particular and to hear the views and positive comments from those present, several of whom had first hand experience of the Dementia journey.

The Raddery Dementia Day Club will be modelled on the Kirriemuir Project which is very responsive to the wishes and ideas of the users of the Meeting Centres and their Carers.

Thank you for your invitation which is the first of several planned in the coming months bringing well being activity tasters and exchange of ideas about the developing Dementia Centre.

On October 22nd, - Michaela Turner visited the Group and introduced them to `Breathwork` for wellbeing which was very well received. The Group so enjoyed her visit that she has been invited back for another session in the New Year!
